We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Community Care Nurse Manager in Essex. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals delivering high-quality care to clients in their homes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of community complex care services, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service from a well-trained and enthusiastic team.

  • Conduct regular staff supervision and performance evaluations.
  • Manage audits and case management duties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in 24-hour service operations, undertaking nursing shifts when required.
Requirements
  1. Adult trained Registered Nurse with paediatric experience.
  2. Valid NMC PIN (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
  3. Proven experience in community complex care settings.
