Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to manage a team of B2B sales professionals in the Utilities and Telecoms sector, covering the Yorkshire region.
Key Responsibilities:- To lead and motivate a team of sales professionals focused on cold calling and new business generation.
- To develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth.
- To conduct regular coaching and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their targets.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in field sales management, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Proven track record of managing sales professionals and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Live in or around the Yorkshire area.
- An estimated salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
