Job Description

**About the Role**

SHI International Corp. is seeking an experienced International Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers in the UK Commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and KPIs as set by the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase lines of business within client accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide world-class customer support and ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry-recognized sales qualifications or certifications.
