Role: Strategic Growth Manager –
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd, focusing on driving customer growth, managing key customer relationships, and representing the Sales function within the operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Business Growth & Customer Management
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess new business and adjacent market opportunities, including potential new services and standards.
- Lead negotiations throughout the business acquisition process.
- Provide actionable commercial insights to guide business decisions.
- Set sales price objectives based on market knowledge and competitor analysis, leveraging customer information and marketing feedback.
- Address customer issues, including claims and logistic/quality crises, ensuring effective resolution.
- Take proactive steps to reduce overdue accounts.
- Collaboration and Project Management
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers in other regions to ensure consistency on a global scale.
- Participate in project teams to advocate for the customer's perspective on quality, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in key account management or commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market.
- Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
