Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Technical Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Driving ongoing proactive technical consultation with key customers to support growth, satisfaction, utilization, and retention.
  • Providing technical advice to customers to help them achieve the greatest value from the Deputy platform.
  • Conceptualizing creative solutions to meet customers' demands and partnering collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Facilitating the resolution of technical issues and translating these issues for support or engineering to help resolve quickly.
  • Institutionalizing customer accounts by automating manual workflows, simplifying planning frameworks, and driving long-term solutions for customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
