About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Operations Team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, supporting the day-to-day activities of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting minutes, action summaries, and reports.
  • Make arrangements for visitors, including room bookings and catering requests.
  • Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Organize team events and meetings, including coordinating logistics and catering.
  • Coordinate team inductions for new starters and visitors.
  • Arrange visas and book travel for team members.
  • Process expenses claims for the Operations Team.
  • Update the on-site rota with staff changes.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good sense of humor and ability to work well under pressure.
