About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to work in a dynamic office environment. As a Facilities Management Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing correspondence, updating client data, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with client queries via phone or email
  • Preparing correspondence and reports
  • Updating client data on internal systems
  • Analyzing data in Excel
  • Raising purchase orders and creating job folders

You will also be responsible for maintaining organized records, dealing with complaints and compliments, and assisting with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
