About the Role:
Are you a skilled Facilities Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in Nottingham? Our client, Harper Recruitment Group, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Facilities Manager. As a key member of the facilities and projects team, you will enjoy a varied role with excellent support.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits and car allowance.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our building. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, property management, or a similar field. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  2. Overseeing space planning, office layout, seating, and utilization of space
  3. Budget and financial management
  4. Ensuring security and access control measures are in place
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in facilities management, property management, or a similar role, along with strong practical, technical, and maintenance skills. Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations and natural critical thinking skills are also essential. A stakeholder communication and relationship management skillset is required, as well as the ability to lead teams and influence contractors to foster a positive work environment. Flexible working arrangements, including remote/hybrid options, are available to suit.

  • Previous experience in facilities management, property management, or a similar role
