Job Function:

As a Fire Security Maintenance Specialist at City Facilities Management, you will be responsible for undertaking Fire Alarm / Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder, and Access Maintenance, working within the Security and Fire team while operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.

  • Delivery of CCTV, Intruder, Access and Fire Alarm / Emergency Lighting Maintenance works on site in compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreement and within agreed timescales.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues and sub-contractors follow safe systems of work on site.
  • Working on a stand-by rota.
  • Identification and resolution of repair, maintenance and installation issues that may occur during service delivery.
  • Ensuring company vehicle is kept clean, well maintained and serviced as required.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Delivery of works in compliance with the clients specification and within agreed timescales.
  2. Quality of work - Achieving completion of monthly planned maintenance works.
  3. Maintenance of company vehicle.
