Facilities Operations Manager

">At Harper Finance, we are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities and projects team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our building's infrastructure.
About the Role:
">We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with previous experience in facilities management, property management, or a similar field. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance of our building's infrastructure, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Occasional travel to sites across the UK (X1 PCM)
- Overseeing and coordinating the maintenance of the building's infrastructure
- Manage and oversee the building operations, including cleaning services, waste management, landscaping, and parking
- Oversee space planning, office layout, seating, and utilization of space
- Budget and financial management
- Ensure security and access control is maintained
Requirements:
">- Previous experience in a facilities management, property management role, or similar essential
- Strong practical, technical, and maintenance skills
- Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations
- Natural critical thinking skills
- Stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to lead teams and influence teams/contractors to foster a positive work environment
