At Harper Finance, we are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities and projects team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our building's infrastructure.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with previous experience in facilities management, property management, or a similar field. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance of our building's infrastructure, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Occasional travel to sites across the UK (X1 PCM)
  • Overseeing and coordinating the maintenance of the building's infrastructure
  • Manage and oversee the building operations, including cleaning services, waste management, landscaping, and parking
  • Oversee space planning, office layout, seating, and utilization of space
  • Budget and financial management
  • Ensure security and access control is maintained

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a facilities management, property management role, or similar essential
  • Strong practical, technical, and maintenance skills
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations
  • Natural critical thinking skills
  • Stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and influence teams/contractors to foster a positive work environment

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
