Facilities and Operations Manager

The role of Facilities and Operations Officer is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our premises, maintaining equipment, and supporting our teams to deliver excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance work with external contractors.
- Support our teams with administrative tasks and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
- Degree in Facilities Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or operations environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
