Facilities Management Director

The Divisional Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving operational performance and people management across our facilities management operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this position will require strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership to logistics teams to deliver World Class Service in hard Facilities Management across all sites.
- Ensuring effective relationships are established and maintained between customers and City field teams.
- Analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and developing action plans to drive results.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive salary package, comprehensive training program, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
