The Facilities Management Service at Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to support the Account Manager in managing the performance of frontline employees. The post oversees a diverse customer base including schools, fire stations, depots, libraries, and other council sites and offices.

Key duties include:

  • Developing and implementing performance management strategies for designated frontline posts.
  • Recruiting and maintaining staffing levels through the mobilisation of mobile and cover staff.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure standards are maintained and contract requirements are met.
  • Working closely with the Account Manager to ensure all contracts remain financially viable.
  • Providing excellent customer service and quality service delivery methods.

Requirements for this post include:

  • Experience in supervising within a facilities service contract management environment.
  • High levels of flexibility, customer care, and client management skills.
  • Experience of supervising both physical and human resources.
