Facilities Coordinator

Job Description:
Mainstay Recruitment Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting for a skilled Scheduler/Coordinator to join their team in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, workforce planning, and reactive maintenance work coming from external clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule PPMs and work orders with engineers
- Liaise with tenants, clients, contractors, and external parties
- React to emergencies and oversee engineer attendance
- Plan efficiencies of location and response time improvements
- Manage completion of PPMs and reactive tasks on Maximo
- Support Maintenance Managers in delivering contract deliverables
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT knowledge and experience of working to planned time scales
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
