Sales and Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team and contribute to our mission to revolutionise the recruitment industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, recruitment, and innovation.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing a pipeline of recruiter prospects, self-generating leads through various channels, and overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to new customer acquisition. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our recruiter customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a pipeline of recruiter prospects qualified against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Self-generate leads through various channels and be responsible for the 360 sales cycle from lead gen through to new customer
- Align potential customers with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
