About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of recruiter prospects, self-generating leads through various channels, and overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to new customer acquisition. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our recruiter customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of recruiter prospects qualified against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Self-generate leads through various channels and be responsible for the 360 sales cycle from lead gen through to new customer
  • Align potential customers with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
