About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our management team at one of our busy pubs in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high standards of quality, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and maintain market share.
  • Maintain high levels of stock control, waste management, and cash handling procedures, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain health, safety, and security protocols within the pub, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Salary: £32,000 per annum, based on experience.

Location: Pub locations across the UK.
