Pareto is seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to drive our continued success. As a key member of our Emerging Talent team, you will operate in a 360-degree sales role, responsible for lead generation, sales cycle management, account management, and collaborative team work.

As a seasoned B2B sales professional, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, working with clients from startups to enterprise businesses across various sectors, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, finance, and more.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading generation and prospecting through outbound efforts and SDR-generated leads.
  • Sales cycle management, encompassing meetings with senior stakeholders, building rapport, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.
  • Account management, focusing on developing long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition, and creating lasting revenue streams.
  • Collaborative team work, partnering with our delivery team and other Pareto divisions to support clients and win deals.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, energetic, and passionate about sales. You should also have the ability to adapt to changing business needs, maintain high energy levels, and confidently engage with senior client stakeholders.
