Business Growth Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Platinum People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving growth for the company.
About the Role:
- Sales & Relationship Building: Connect with clients new and existing, building strong relationships and creating value for them.
- Lead Generation: Research and reach out to new business opportunities, growing your own portfolio.
- Customer Engagement: Meet clients in person, online, or over the phone, showcasing your expertise and personable approach.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure top-tier service for clients every step of the way.
- Admin & Invoicing: Prepare quotes, process orders, and handle invoicing accurately.
- Customer Account Management: Cultivate client relationships, monitor accounts, and help clients meet their goals.
Requirements:
- B2B Sales Pro: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- People-Person: Excellent communication skills, able to quickly build rapport and trust.
- Organised & Efficient: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease.
- Driven: Can-do attitude, proactive, positive, and loves reaching (and exceeding) goals.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is a strength, especially with numbers.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with Salesforce being a plus.
