About the Role

The Commercial Business Growth Strategist will operate in a 360-degree sales role, responsible for full sales cycle management from lead generation to closing deals and managing accounts. This role involves working with clients across various B2B sectors, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, finance, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
  2. Client Success: Support project delivery and collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction, addressing any risks or issues promptly.
  3. Adaptability: Be responsive and flexible to changing business needs in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  4. Experience in running meetings with senior stakeholders, building rapport, setting agendas, and securing commitments.
  5. Strong presentation skills for both online and face-to-face interactions.
  6. Project management skills to support delivery and manage client expectations.

Salary: A competitive base salary of $80,000 per annum, along with an exceptional commission scheme that offers significant earning potential.
