Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a vibrant and adaptable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across various areas of the venue.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service.
  • To develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and engaged throughout their visit.
  • To adapt to changing situations and priorities, maintaining a positive attitude and a high level of energy at all times.
