About the Job

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to join our client's engineering organisation. The successful candidate will lead the core HR services, including HR Administration, Payroll, Expenses, and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the core HR services, including HR Administration, Payroll, Expenses, and Benefits.
  2. Manage a team of HR and Payroll Administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless integration of new processes.
  4. Partner with third-party supplier relationships.
  5. Oversee employee benefits programs and annual renewal activity.
  6. Analyse HR and payroll reports to monitor key performance indicators.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
