Operations and HR Lead

**Overview:**
Alexander Lloyd is delighted to partner with an engineering organisation on the recruitment of an HR Operations Lead.
As HR Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading the core HR services, including HR Administration, Payroll, Expenses, and Benefits.
This newly created position within their established HR team will oversee the day-to-day operations of the core HR and payroll functions, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Key Tasks:
- Lead a team of HR and Payroll Administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Partner with third-party suppliers, including HRIS, broker consultancy, benefits providers, and legal services, to maintain effective relationships.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve HR and payroll operations, identifying areas for cost savings and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a relevant training or CIPD qualification being advantageous.
- At least 5 years' experience in an HR Operations role, preferably in an engineering organisation.
- Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
