HR Administrative Coordinator

Crimson Hotels, a fast-growing hotel group with seven branded hotels, seeks an experienced HR Assistant to oversee HR operations for Double Tree by Hilton in Woking. As a key member of our HR function, you will maintain accurate employee records and support recruitment, onboarding, and staff engagement initiatives.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position that requires strong communication skills, excellent administration abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. You will work closely with the management team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, including posting job adverts, screening applications, and interviews.
- Co-ordinate onboarding processes; preparing materials, and conducting orientation.
- Support staff engagement, recognition, and reward initiatives.
- Process manager and colleague requests and inquiries related to HR policies and practices.
- Help prepare and distribute HR reports, presentations, and communications.
- Previous experience working within a HR environment.
- Experience working in a hospitality environment.
- HR-related qualification.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Effective administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
