Senior Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed quotations using bespoke software, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Work closely with sales team to understand project requirements and tailor quotations.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring version control and compliance with internal standards.
- Maintain a well-structured filing system for project-related documents.
- Respond to client enquiries and provide relevant project information.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient working environment.
- Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks.
- Assist project team in tracking progress, coordinating with departments, and ensuring timelines are met.
- Maintain clear project records and facilitate effective communication across teams.
- Produce layout drawings in AutoCAD for client projects. Training will be provided if required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in document management and project support within a technical or construction environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
