Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CV Library. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring an efficient working environment, and providing administrative support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed quotations using bespoke software, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with sales team to understand project requirements and tailor quotations.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring version control and compliance with internal standards.
  • Maintain a well-structured filing system for project-related documents.
  • Respond to client enquiries and provide relevant project information.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient working environment.
  • Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks.
  • Assist project team in tracking progress, coordinating with departments, and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Maintain clear project records and facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Produce layout drawings in AutoCAD for client projects. Training will be provided if required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in document management and project support within a technical or construction environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
