We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Director's Office Administrator. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with our Chief Executive's Office and the wider administrative team within Corporate Development.
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and have excellent time management abilities. A proactive and flexible approach, combined with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges, is essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Senior Leadership Board and the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB).
- Manage multiple email accounts within the Directors' office, responding to requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the coordination of high-level visits, events, and internal/external meetings.
- Jointly manage departmental goods and services ordering through the Institute's web-based purchasing system.
- Cover for the Executive Assistant to the CEO as required.
- A competitive salary of £32,500 - £34,000 per annum.
