About the Role

CV-Library is currently recruiting a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountancy Training Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an L&D team, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in IT applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the administration and coordination of Learning & Development activities
  2. Working closely with L&D and HR colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  3. Coordinating logistics for all learning events, including venues and facilities
  4. Managing the Learning and Development event tracker, set up meetings, workshops, and run events smoothly
  5. Overseeing communications for learning events and maintaining digital learning platforms

The successful candidate will also be required to develop and distribute promotional materials, manage compliance commitments, and support apprenticeship, graduate, and trainee programs. A full UK Driving License is desirable due to occasional travel to other offices within the Group.

The estimated salary for this position is £34,000 - £44,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
