Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dynamic Finance Department in Woking. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our Accounts Payable operations.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a finance department and possess excellent IT skills, including Excel. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process UK & overseas purchase ledger invoices and match against purchase orders and goods received.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers via email and phone to address queries and resolve issues.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
