Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  2. Collect and manage information for repairs, engineer schedules, and corporate client work orders.
  3. Process customer orders, payments, and job completion efficiently.
  4. Manage spare parts, returns, and general office tasks effectively.
Requirements:
  1. Strong phone etiquette, organizational, and IT skills are essential.
  2. Ability to work independently with attention to detail is crucial.
Desirable Skills:
  1. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, social media, or web design would be beneficial.
Person Specification:
  1. Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask.
Working Hours:

24 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM).

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
