Job Overview

Kenna Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join a leading UK developer based in the Surrey area. This pivotal support role involves working closely with all departments to ensure seamless Commercial Department operations.

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent accuracy and communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Paying subcontractors on time
  • Raising orders for subcontractors
  • Issuing payment certificates to subcontractors
  • Managing some subcontractor accounts directly
  • Dealing with queries via phone and email
  • Setting up new subcontractors
  • Working closely with surveyors to ensure prompt payments and site functionality
  • Managing commercial and legal approvals

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist the technical administrator with data management, meeting organization, and monitoring of timesheet systems
  • Raise purchase orders for legal and consultancy work
  • Act as intranet administrator
