Administrative Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Liaison to join our team in Woking, Surrey. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our Director and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Providing exceptional administrative support to the Director, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinating team efforts and overseeing staff
- Maintaining accurate financial records and processing expenses
- Handling confidential matters and maintaining discretion
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors
- Performing various ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools)
The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of business operations and excellent communication skills. They will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Estimated Salary Range: 38000 - 52000 per annum, depending on experience.
