Residential Portfolio Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Residential Portfolio Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will have a passion for property management and excellent customer service skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Leasing and Viewings: Coordinate and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, providing information on our build-to-rent properties and leasing terms.
- Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks, including lease processing, renewals, and move-in/out paperwork, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Property Inspections: Carry out regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained, and report any issues to the Property Manager.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar property management or administrative role is desirable but not essential, ideally within build-to-rent or residential property sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software is a plus. Opportunities for career development and training. A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum and benefits package. This is a site-based role with flexibility to work from home 1 day per week and ability to be flexible for 3 out of 4 Saturdays if required.
