Job Title: Property Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Property Management Coordinator to join our expanding team based in Guildford. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To effectively manage a portfolio of properties ensuring that client requirements are met in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
  2. To demonstrate appropriate controls to ensure customer satisfaction in daily role.
  3. Maintain accurate records for each property, following company procedures and client needs.
  4. To ensure key performance indicators are met, including price achieved, time to sell, and stock turnover.
  5. Ensure professional communication with clients, suppliers, and third parties.
  6. Action, record, and file incoming post, faxes, and emails.
  7. Promptly deal with telephone calls in a professional manner.
  8. Assist Team Manager with ad hoc projects as needed.
  9. Provide assistance to Senior Property Sales Advisor and other team members during busy periods.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£28,000 per annum, based on experience, with an annual discretionary bonus. Excellent training and benefits are also offered. Two days of working from home are allowed after initial training. This role requires flexibility and adaptability.
