Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dedicated administrative support to IT services, focusing on efficient workflow management.
  • Manage orders for IT equipment, software, and licenses, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Owning and completing projects aligned with apprenticeship standards, driving business excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with external IT support companies, building strong partnerships.
  • Monitor and support internal IT helpdesks and group IT mailboxes, resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Assist with resource development for IT training, enhancing team capabilities.
  • Coordinate site visits as required, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Order IT equipment and arrange collections and deliveries, streamlining logistics.
  • Support new IT offices and equipment requests, providing expert advice.
  • Provide support within offices/venues, including installing monitors and setting up new equipment, minimizing disruptions.
  • Collate information from internal and external stakeholders to support IT services, informing strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate key meetings and welcome visitors, representing the company professionally.
  • Manage Group IT files and ensure IT Policy and Asset Registers are up-to-date, maintaining accurate records.
