Estate Administrator Specialist Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Estate Administrator Specialist to join our team based in Guildford. As an Estate Administrator Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that client requirements are met, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To effectively manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that client requirements are met in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
  2. To maintain accurate records for each property, following company procedures and client needs.
  3. To ensure key performance indicators are met, including price achieved, time to sell, and stock turnover.
  4. Ensure professional communication with clients, suppliers, and third parties.
  5. Action, record, and file incoming post, faxes, and emails.
  6. Promptly deal with telephone calls in a professional manner.

The estimated salary for this position is £26,000-£30,000 per annum, based on experience, with an annual discretionary bonus. Excellent training and benefits are also offered. This role requires flexibility and adaptability.
