Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time receptionist to join our team. As a key point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional image for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome and assist visitors, answering questions and providing information as needed.
  2. Coordinate post and courier services, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of mail and packages.
  3. Maintain accurate attendance records, ensuring that employees are accounted for during working hours.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Prior experience with MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • An estimated annual salary of £23,500 - £29,000, dependent on experience.
