Administrative Support Position

Are you a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Learning and Development Administrator to join our team in Farnham, South East.

About the Job

This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options. The successful candidate will participate in various L&D and HR projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain E-learning platforms, managing course brochures and accurate student information.
  2. Support the attraction of students and apprenticeship level candidates, and be the first point of contact for all L&D queries.

This role offers a chance to improve employee experience by implementing changes from feedback. The ideal candidate will have a degree level qualification (2:1 or above) in any discipline, and administrative experience preferably within an HR or L&D setting.
