Core HR Services Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll and Benefits Lead to join our client's established HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the core HR services, including HR Administration, Payroll, Expenses and Benefits.

Key duties include:

  • Overseeing the administration of employee benefits programs, including pension, private medical insurance and cycle to work scheme.
  • Preparing and analysing HR and payroll reports to monitor key performance indicators.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting HR and payroll operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in an HR Operations role and a relevant training or CIPD qualification. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
