About the Role:

Axis Communications is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for Strategic Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our UK and Ireland sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. This role will require a unique blend of market understanding, commercial acumen, and technical skills to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new potential customer accounts across different segments
• Develop and deliver a UK and Ireland strategy for positioning Axis as the leading choice for security surveillance and remote monitoring solutions
• Collaborate with our global sales organization to develop best practices and strategic alignment
• Identify and nurture new relationships with technical and commercial partners
• Assist in the planning and delivery of Axis event strategy for digital transformation

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or relevant degree or experience
• Experience in a similar sales role and a hunter profile
• Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
• A natural presenter and communicator
• Preferably experience in an indirect sales model
• Fluent language skills in English, written and spoken
