Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Effectiveness Facilitator to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Clinical Effectiveness Team, you will play a vital role in supporting clinical audit projects and actions across our organisation.
The successful candidate will have a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience and excellent communication skills. They will also have a thorough understanding of clinical audit processes and methodologies, as well as experience of working with governance systems and structures.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting clinical audit projects and actions
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Providing training and support to staff on clinical audit and governance
