About the Job

This role presents an unparalleled opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership skills, enabling you to develop strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to identify best practices, create process improvements, and optimize resource allocation to enhance patient care and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based care models, ensuring consistency and quality across all patient interactions
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs, designing and delivering targeted educational programs to enhance clinician competence
  • Analyze patient data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform decision-making and drive business strategy
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, facilitating open dialogue and conflict resolution to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) license in the state where applying
  • Master's degree in social work or related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and project management experience, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
