Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Medical Solutions. As a Specialty Doctor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical care to patients and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of postgraduate experience, with at least two years in a relevant specialty. They will possess excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care:
- Deliver high-quality medical or surgical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings under the supervision of a consultant.
- Conduct assessments, investigations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
- Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and multidisciplinary meetings.
- On-call Duties:
- Participate in the on-call rota as required, providing care to emergency and acute admissions.
- Manage urgent and routine clinical problems and make appropriate referrals as necessary.
