Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Care Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing and monitoring the delivery of nursing care to meet the needs of our residents.

This includes implementing person-centred care plans that make a real difference to our residents' day-to-day lives, as well as planning rotas, recruiting, training and mentoring staff.

You will also be responsible for building relationships with local regulators and social services.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.

You should have experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments, as well as up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.

In addition, you should be able to act as a clinical mentor, supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
