Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at North Cumbria Primary Care Ltd. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving quality improvement initiatives and supporting our Patients and Practice Teams.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of clinical quality improvement and extensive experience in managing teams. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and be pivotal in supporting our patients to capture and understand experiences of care and support quality improvement.
This is a full-time post based across Carlisle, Workington, and Copeland areas. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Design and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement solutions
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, medicine)
- Proven experience in clinical quality improvement and management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
