The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, with experience in analyzing data and developing effective solutions. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough analyses of patient feedback and healthcare data to identify areas for improvement
  2. Develop targeted quality improvement initiatives to address identified gaps
  3. Collaborate with practice teams to implement change initiatives and improve patient outcomes

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
