Healthcare Companion

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Companion to join our team at Greenstaff Medical. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

• Providing enthusiastic and compassionate care to contribute to an individual's physical and emotional wellbeing
• Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the individual
• Safeguarding individuals and reporting any concerns

This position requires a minimum of 3-6 months' experience of being a carer/support worker in any setting (nursing home, private own homes, supported living). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to complete additional training as required.

The salary for this role is £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a weekly payroll, free training, and a refer-a-friend £200 cash bonus after a 6-month probationary period.
