Job Title: Healthcare Training Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Transformation Unit as a Healthcare Training Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to work with us in delivering high-quality training services to local healthcare providers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of health informatics, and experience in system configuration, data analysis, and training facilitation.

This role involves coordinating projects, developing and delivering training programs, and providing technical support to staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of healthcare professionals
  • Provide technical support to staff on EMIS Web and other clinical coding systems
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and coordinate project activities
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
