The Transformation Unit in North Cumbria is seeking an ambitious Digital Transformation Specialist to join their team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can drive digitalisation of medical records and support business processes enabled through technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage work packages as part of the Digitalisation Of Medical Records project
  • Support the Health Records and Digital Programmes team in realising benefits through changes to business processes
  • Collaborate with clinical specialities to deliver high-quality benefits realisation and change management plans

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of healthcare services in West, North and East Cumbria. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of systems of health and social care.

PAYE Annual Salary: £31,800-£37,000 (Band 5), depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Evidence of continuous personal development
  • NHS Digital Clinical Safety PRINCE2 Foundation or above
  • Experience in implementing projects within the healthcare sector
  • Coaching skills
  • Ability to travel independently across West North and East Cumbria on a regular basis
  • Formal project management methodologies and tools
  • Principles of risk and issue management
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing IT systems within healthcare
  • Wide knowledge of Health Care
