Job Opportunity: Transformational Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Team Leader to join our team in the Carlisle area.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a charismatic leader who can drive a selling culture within their team. As a Transformational Team Leader, you will be responsible for consistently raising performance and capability of the team, utilising data to support operational decisions, and implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team.

Main Responsibilities:

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven leadership track record and the ability to lead effectively through ambiguity. You should also be digitally confident, comfortable having difficult conversations, and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining an excellent standard.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a 20% colleague discount across all M&S products, competitive holiday entitlement, discretionary bonus schemes, and a generous Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.
