Job Description: We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a NHS Quality Improvement Facilitator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and staff by leading clinical effectiveness projects and developing strategies for quality improvement.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing clinical effectiveness projects
• Analysing data to identify areas for quality improvement
• Collaborating with clinicians and other stakeholders to design and deliver quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- A strong background in clinical effectiveness or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and project management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
