Job Overview

In this exciting role as a Channel Account Manager at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), you will play a crucial part in coordinating and facilitating the production and delivery of in-store Point of Sale (POS) for main campaigns and LRM assets. You will work closely with the KFC marketing team to ensure all projects/campaigns are within budget and on time.

About the Role
  • You will receive briefs from key KFC client stakeholders and clearly communicate timelines, creative templates, and costings across main campaigns and LRM (Local Restaurant Marketing).
  • Lead pre-production & WIP meetings for your business unit per campaign to ensure KFC marketing have given a clear finalized artwork brief.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, including accommodating last-minute client requests and changing priorities, assessing project risks and escalating as necessary to the Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a great relationship with ITG Artwork & Digital Production Teams & our roster of suppliers and flag urgent or large campaigns in advance, giving them realistic deadlines to support resource.
  2. Work closely with the LRM Creative Account manager, manage through the production side of the LRM assets to make sure they hit all critical paths and clear communication with KFC client stakeholder who will manage the Franchisee.
  3. Be the gatekeeper of quality; ensuring all work the client sees has been sense-checked and is of the highest quality before being shared.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of artwork, print production, and digital, and the challenges that come with these specialist disciplines.
  • Computer literate with strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience of POS within a retail/Hospitality business.
  • Proven client service and account management skills and experience.
